if you are considered anemic you will bruise very easily. my iron levels were so low when i was pregnant with my son they told me if i didnt do something about it i would end up needing a blood transfusion

u just need more iron and vitamin c love. look up a list of foods with them in them. and remember to take ur vitamins lol.
