tooth pain

I had to get a filling on a tooth that I didn't even think I needed near the front. I didn't have any pain with it till they filled it, now it hurts so bad and it's so sensitive. It's been 2 months since they did this. I'm 30 weeks so they can't do anything for me right now. What should I do😢
