Pre period spotting

Hello

So I am mostly super regular when it comes to my period , to the point I can tell you if I will have it in the morning or later on the day . And for the last two days I’ve just had spotting one week before my period and it’s the first time it’s ever happened. Has this happen to any of you ?

I’ve also been super tired and in pain.

I should also mention I’ve not had sex yet so I am a virgin and I am not on birth control.
