I have not gotten any positive opks. On the right side there was one collapsed follicle with free floating fluid that suggested I may have ovulated. Although, I've been testing two or three times a day and haven't seen a positive. I've had egg white CM since Friday.

On the left side the was a 2.4cm cyst. This is also the side with my blocked tube.

Aside from the collapsed follicle and the cyst there is nothing else left to ovulate from.

Endometrial lining is 12.5. He said the standard they like to see is a 10 so I'm good there.

The doctor said I might have ovulated despite not getting a positive on an opk. He said I might still get an LH surge and not ovulate because that follicle is to large.

I know I 'might' have ovulated but I also might not have and won't.

From today at noon.

I'm getting progesterone and testosterone tested day 21 then possible again a few days later depending on what he sees.

Then I'll have an ultersound before continuing with a second month of medication to make sure it's safe for that small cyst.
