pregnancy pains

I'm 32+4 and I've experienced one heck of a rollercoaster ride with this pregnancy. This is my 3rd go round. I have two girls 8 and 6 & Now I've finally got my boy but I've been experiencing a bunch of pelvic, buttock, and lower back pain. Tylenol just doesn't seem to work at all, and can't get any meds cause my blood presure has been high my last few visits to the Dr. So just wanted to know if anyone else was experiencing this and what you do to help ease the pain.
