Help! Birth control suggestions wanted....

I am currently not on any birth control and feeling great. I am 39 years old and have been on some form of birth control since I was 18-a freshman in college. I was last on the Nuva ring for about ten years and took it out last year when I was trying to loose weight. I have lost ten pounds. I hate birth control but am sexually active with one partner. I do not want any kids and neither does he. We have been pulling out. What should I do? What do you recommend?
