Am I going to have a miscarriage?

Hello everyone!

I am (supposed) to be 8 weeks pregnant today. I know for a fact I am supposed to be 8 weeks, I used OPKs and got my BFP at 11 DPO. I went in for my first ever ultrasound today. Well, we got into the ultrasound (vaginal) and my nurse automatically starts asking a bunch of questions. Then she finally said, “Your baby is measuring at 5 weeks +6 days.” I was in absolute shock. We could see a TINYYYY little flicker of a heart beat. She took some pictures and I got dressed. Eventually a nurse took my blood pressure and then the doctor came in. I had never met this doctor before and tbh I don’t know if she is just alittle weird or if this situation was awkward for her. She started to explain that I was about 2 weeks behind. Then she said, “but the gestational sac and placenta look perfect for a 6 week old baby.” She explained everything in the high pitched voice like she was talking to a child, I don’t know what that was all about. She said it was, “too early” to be able to tell us anything. She said for me to come back in a week for another ultrasound and that was pretty much it.

I am honestly so confused and so worried. I have already had a chemical pregnancy not too long ago. Has anyone had a similar situation happen? Should I be prepared for the worst? I am so certain when I ovulated. I just want answers and I’m so worried.

She didn’t even let me take the ultrasound pictures..

Edit: my period started June 13th (CD1) I ovulated on June 28th (CD16) I found out I was pregnant 11 days after that.

I would also like to add, I still am having pregnancy symptoms, no morning sickness. I just feel the need to almost gag sometimes. No blood, no bad cramps.
