Are these BOTH considered Positives?? 🤔

I thought the 1st test was Positive (CD 21) but now today (CD 22) I just got this super Positive test so I'm just trying to figure out if they both are Positive or the 1st is technically Negative 🤔

The first one isn’t quite as dark as control, so not positive. It has to be definitely the same or darker. Good luck!!!!
