Does anyone else have a fist-sized bump on their lower back, right above the buttcrack?

I’ve worked as a CNA and a student nurse. In the process I’ve cleaned a lot of butt and I’ve never seen a fist sized bump like you describe. Please see a doctor.

I have a bump there and I’ve heard it’s just like a genetic fat pack on the base of the spine or something. However mine is not that big at all so you might want to see your doctor

Sounds like a pilonidal cyst. I would get it checked out for sure.
