Is this herpes? It's 4 raised bumps in a line and each one looks like it's been poked with a pin...so there's like a tiny lil dimple I guess? No sensation of burning or itching or tingling but for some people herpes is painless. It's only been there for a few hours or so, I didn't notice them yesterday. I had put hydrocortisone (allergic reaction to chopstick) directly on my lips and then these appeared sometime after that. I don't have a history of cold sores at all but I could've been exposed without knowing. Is this the beginning stage of a cold sore? Any info is helpful. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE
