is Queso Fresco bad to eat during pregnancy?

I ate some tacos with Queso fresco (soft block cheese that crumbs up) and also this Spanish sour cream type of sauce . is all that bad to eat during pregnancy ? and I'm only 8 weeks 4  days.  has anyone ate it by mistake and been fine ?

Most cheese in the US is pasteurized. In the future, I would make sure it is pasteurized prior to eating, however the risk is relatively low. If I were you, I wouldn't be overly concerned.

These food rules you honestly don’t have to stick by but they’re just a precaution. I’ve eaten half the stuff I’m not supposed to already and my baby is completely fine in there .
