Yep. Took it for a few months and it got my period down from 50 to 70 days to 35 to 45 days. Got pregnant first time trying that I was taking those two things!

Hi Renee. Just wondering what how much inositol you take? I was taking Conception which is a prenatal that has Vitex and mio inositol. But it does not specify how much of each. My periods were finally getting back on track. What dose do you take of each? Thanks in advance.
