I’ve had a weird unknown rash mostly on my stomach and my butt for the past few months, very itchy and usually sporatic. This morning these bumps appears in a line, does anyone know what this could be?

Because it’s in a line like that, I’d check your home for bedbugs!! 
Another reason could be that you’re both allergic to the laundry soaps you’ve been using!

I agree that it sounds like bed bugs..they hide really well but check the corners of your mattresses for little black spots or better yet just call and have someone check. It’s usually free to check and definitely worth it

It could be poison ivy when you get poison it usually tends to be in a strait line
