Second job options?

I work full time Monday through Friday 8-5. My husband does as well. We have a few loan payments we are overloaded on and I am trying to think of something I can do part time that would pay good enough it would be worth it. In 3-4 years they will be paid off but if I can work a second job I was hoping to get it done in 1 year.
