Anyone had this and still had a full term baby?

Question

I had all bfn’s for a few days then got my period two days early. Because I have tons of pregnancy symptoms I decided to take a test and it was positive. The bleeding is medium flow with tiny little clots but I have no cramps. I took more tests and got faint positives. I’m still very nauseous, breasts ache, continuous headache, etc. Has anyone had this happen and still had a full term baby? Thank you so much.

I had bad bleeding in my first pregnancy TWICE! with clots and tmi but the blood was gushing I suspected a miscarriage so did the hospital but I had a healthy baby boy... I never got a reason for the bleed just that bleeding in early pregnancy is common. 
My advice would be to go and get your HCG tested every 48 to check there doubling that will give you a answer.

I had this during the end of the first trimester. But mine was big clots(sorry TMI). My son was born at 33weeks 5 days and has hearing loss. It’s unclear as to if the bleeding was an issue. But he’s happy and healthy now!
