Potty training ?? Tips please

Can anyone share their potty training tips for my 21 month son!!!  Please share everything and anything will help

Start out having him sit on the potty at times you know he'll need to go right after sleep or if you see him making his poop face. Cheer etc. They catch on super fast that when you put them on the potty you want them to pee or poop. 
From there you just encourage them to use the potty as often as possible. I use stickers and short Elmo videos as encouragement/ incentive.
 You do have to keep track of time between potty breaks even after they are potty trained. If they are doing something fun it's easy for them to forget to listen to their body.

Bribes haha. My son potty trained right at 20mo. I had tried around 15mo and then again around 18mo and then when he turned 20mo he decided he didn’t want to wear a diaper anymore and potty trained within a week. Most of the time when we’re in the house he goes naked from the waist down. The first month I gave him a couple chocolate chips and made a big deal every time he went on the potty. I taught him to say potty and poopy and always ask him if he has to go and take him at his word. The only time I actually put him on the potty myself is right before he goes down for a nap and right before we leave the house. I have heard that the best time to potty train is 18-24mo as when they get older they become more opinionated and are too used to going in their diapers which makes it harder to train.

Following! My daughter is 99% ready, but I’m due to have my second baby in 8 weeks and her daycare won’t do anything but diapers until she moves up to the two year old room at the end of October. We are trying to introduce the idea slowly and will go full force once she gets in the bigger class. Any tips help!

Everytime I change my son's diaper I ask him if he needs to use the potty. most of the time he will sit on it and use it. then we do the potty dance. my potty sits low to the floor and came from Ikea.

The only real advice I have is not to rush it. I was determined to my oldest potty trained before her brother was born but she wasn’t ready and it just ended up being horrible for both of us. In the end when she was ready (about 6 months later) it just clicked for her and she got it within about 2 days.
