Is this normal?

I have a 3.5 yo daughter. Shes very smart and well spoken for her age..people are always suprised how young she is.

Buuut we’ve been having a bit of a listening problem the past couple months and I’m starting to wonder if maybe she has something wrong with her.. I feel bad saying that. I hope I’m just over worrying and it’s just a phase. But she knows how to be good and listen it’s just literallylike she can’t sometimes.. for ex this morning we were doing some exercising while the baby was sleeping and she kept jumping really loudly so I asked her to please stop jumping, she didn’t listen the first time so I thought meh she probably didn’t hear me, so I asked her two more times and both times she stared straight at me and jumped directly after I said not to jump. Then I asked her “why did you keep jumping right after I had asked you not to?” And she just looked at me with big eyes like I could tell she was sorry and said “because I just wanted to jump” .. she wasn’t being rude or seemingly trying to act out at all so I don’t know what to think.. We have tried everything we could think of to try to improve her listening skills but it’s like she has selective hearing lol if she doesn’t want to stop doing something she won’t until you be stern with her which I don’t want to have to do all the time..any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated !

We currently have a sticker chart going and it works to an extent but she seems like she can’t control herself sometimes:( I’m worried if I take her to the doctor they’ll just dub it adhd and put her on drugs and I would rather not do that. I love her bubbly personality but sometimes she’s a little too crazy.. she takes dance classes and soccer but they’re both over until September and there isn’t much else available for kids her age.
