How can it be?

Had my first scan yesterday and was told I’m 13 weeks and 4 days, but how can this be?
My first day of my last period was 13 weeks and 2 days ago....
Are they wrong? Or am i being stupid? 🙈

they take the first day of your last cycle for how far along you are so by time you ovulate your already 2 weeks pregnant. I wouldn't be worried about the 2 day diffrence though hun

your baby can easily measure behind or ahead but the due date stays the same unless it's an extreme difference. and it's normal plus it's all just an estimate

Gestational age goes by the first day of your last period (generally), not when you ovulated/conceived. So when you do conceive, you’re technically already considered 2 weeks. Or are you concerned about the two day difference?
