What helps with Nausea?

I’m 7 weeks pregnant and I can’t eat anything without feeling sick... I haven’t been to the OB yet because I’m waiting for health insurance... So I cant get any meds from my doctor yet... is there anything else I can use???

Unisom and vitamin b6!!
Get the unisom (hard tabs NOT soft gels or “melts”) and vitamin b6 and take them together at bedtime. It’s a huge life saver!!!
My doctor said the combination is identical to a prescription that she could give me. She suggested the combo because she said the prescription is expensive

i can't promise that anything will be a "miracle cure," as everyone (and every pregnancy) is different. but try some mint tea or ginger tea. or try water with lemon or lime in it. these things have helped keep me hydrated and reduce nausea. but definitely not eliminate it. Also for me, one day ginger helps qnd the next day it repulses me...pregnancy is wild. good luck, sorry about the nausea, and congrats on your pregnancy!
