Scared for my baby

So when I was a little under 20 weeks I had my anatomy scan. Seemed to go fine. A week later they scheduled a follow-up because they couldn’t get a few pictures. Forward to 23 weeks at my doctors appointment and my doctor tells me that they’re going to be looking for a cleft lip at my follow-up.

Now today at 23 weeks and 4 days at my follow-up. Baby refuses to change positions and now they think he has a club foot but she doesn’t believe he has a cleft lip. So now they’re scheduling yet another ultrasound for next week.

This tech has been doing this for 30 years and she’s actually really good at what she does, along with the hospital I’m at and I know my doctor personally.

Is it normal for baby to give such bad pictures that they seem to think all of this is wrong? And is it also normal to have this many follow up ultrasounds?
