Horseback riding during 1st trimester?
I’m currently almost 11 weeks and we’re on vacation. One of the activities we did was horseback riding. Just typical tourist horseback riding on a trail. It did however go up a little elevation and the trail was somewhat uneven with rocks and branches since it was near a mountain.
During the activity, I started wondering how safe this is for me now? I rode horses before on other vacations (maybe only a total of 4-5 times in my life) I’m no expert but I’m comfortable with the mellow horses they usually give us.
There was no high jumping and I didn’t fall/have an accident. It was just alot of mini-bounces from a typical horse walking. Should I not have done that or am I hopefully ok? :/ I’m researching it after the fact and now I regret getting on. I definitely will be avoiding it from now on.
Does the excessive hopping/jolting in place affect the baby?
