Help!

Okay this is extremely TMI so I apologize in advance but I need help...

so I’m 8 weeks pregnant. I went to the bathroom to try to poop and I guess I’m a little constipated because I was having to push really hard and barely anything came out. I looked in the toilet and saw blood and I immediately freaked out. I wiped just my vagina and there was no blood then I wiped my butt and there was blood. I also looked in the mirror just to make sure and there was what I think is a hemorrhoid and when I push a little bit I can see blood there. Am I okay? I know the doctor says if you see any blood to go in but technically I’m not “spotting”. I believe the blood is from the hemorrhoid. Do I still need to go in? I was just in the hospital for hypermesis gravidarum and I was super dehydrated so I’d rather not go unless it’s an emergency. I also haven’t had any cramping or stomach pain. Thank you for your help.
