late periods

can we talk late periods? my cycles are acting up and im not sure howbto interpret it. last one was 4 days late, and on the day of my missed period, i jad a few faint lines (multiple tests). pretty sure it was a chemical. af was due today and still nothing. but the test are showing up as fully negative. i also feel slightly crampy, so i feel like af is on her way. just wondering if thisbis a new pattern of longer cycles? anyone had that happen to them over time?
