help!

my daughter has been eating none stop literally all day. I seriously cannot unlatch her for more than 10 minutes. I'm paranoid she's not getting enough or something but she just refused a bottle. Like she acted like she didn't know how to suck on it and gagged even though shes had many bottles before. shes 6 weeks old so I know shes due for a growth spurt but Are growth spurts really like this or is something else going on?? She literally cries any time she's not eating. But she won't eat for a long period of time. She'll kinda snack for a few minutes then pull herself off and then cry and do it all over again and again. sometimes she'll fall asleep on the boob but cries the second I unlatch her. during the 10 minutes I can get her off and keep her off she usually spits up a decent amount and shes had 3 poopy diapers and 8 wet diapers today. we were supplementing with formula for a couple weeks due to the fact that she was sleeping more than eating and kinda fell behind on her weight. shes made up some ground now but shes still on 8 pounds 9 ounces at 6 weeks. but the doctors have her off formula now. anyone ever experience this??
