How often do nipple pads need to be changed?

Is it bad that I reuse my disposable pads for a couple days at a time?

Don’t they stink? It’s like rotting milk ... I wouldn’t reuse them or get reusable kind

if they're dry, I font see why not. but once you've leaked, they should be changed to prevent infection

You're supposed to change them 2 times within a 24 hour period. They can cause rashes if you don't.

I change them when I change; getting dressed for the day and pajamas. I was told anything less opens the chance for infection for me and/or baby. I use Bundlebliss now, but when I used Lansinoh or Avent they got damp feeling and I’d have to change them more regularly. Any time they feel damp they should be changed more often.

I change them in the morning, before bed and after I’ve been sweaty.  Yuck. Don’t need yeast or other yucky stuff brewing in there. Perhaps change them like you’d change a pad

I wear my washable ones all day and take them off for bed but I don’t leak that much. If I do, I change them out during the day too.
