So today I was trying to think of a way to describe what my let down feels like to someone who has never breast fed before.... I decided on...
Pop Rocks in your nipples for a few seconds. Anyone with me?

i feel a ton of pressure coming down from my arm pit. if shes not eating i immediately express a tiny bit to relieve the pressure bc ouch!!!
