I QUIT MY JOB

has anyone ever quit a job right away they just didn’t like ? i’m still on 3 months probation, it’s only my first month but i HATE working at this place , it’s a commission based jewellery selling place and the manager just pressures me like crazy, i hate working with her it’s not my thing . I’m still in college , i have 2 courses left to graduate and i don’t want to be in a place where i’m unhappy .. life is too short and i’m only 20. I just sent her an email thanking her for the opportunity but that it wasn’t a fit for me. you guys have no idea, i work with her today to and my stomach just turned when i think of spending 5 hours with her. Can someone tell me if i did the right thing ?
