Too much pop 🤦🏽♀️🤯
I’m 16 weeks today and since I’ve been pregnant I’ve drunk water maybe 4 times. I can’t seem too keep it down at all it makes me sick. I’ve been drinking pop (caffeine free), Gatorade, vitamin water and juice. Mostly non caffeinated pop.! I feel like I’m not doing a good job with eating and staying healthy this pregnancy. It’s so hard idk what to do. 😫 Any advice??
