Help!! 24 weeks

I'm 24 weeks and for the past 3 days I've been having light stomach and back cramps. Today it got bad enough that I had to stop everything and go take a shower to get them to stop. I've been drinking water like crazy. Anyone have a similar experience? What should I do?
