10 DPO Symptoms?

Ok ladies.... so far here are my thoughts. I’ve had some abdominal cramping. I’ve had some light pain around kidney areas. Yesterday at 9 DPO I had a sharp pain up inside (like cervix??). I had sharp pain in my rear end. I’ve been emotional... yesterday my coworker told me about the orca who gave birth and her calf died and she carried her baby above water for 17 days in morning.... I cried. At work. I was SO upset about it. I’ve had shortness of breath, felt like I was having a little bit of a hard time breathing. I’ve also seemed to have a good amount of creamy CM each day. I have been exhausted all week. My left boob has been sore (for whatever reason this is the go to boob for soreness). Also. I feel like I’ve had hunger pangs often throughout the day and I’ve been burping a lot (which is not normal for me??). Oh and A LOT of rumbling in my stomach.

I’ve tested with the hcg sticks a couple times this week but they’ve been negative. I also may or may not have one sitting on the bathroom counter that I haven’t looked at yet 😬🤷‍♀️ I know it’s early though so I’m not giving up hope. AF is due in 4 days.
