AF self care rituals while TTC?
I’m 35 and only 2 months into TTC my first but was feeling so sad yesterday when my period started that I was like, “I know, I’ll celebrate with things I can’t have while pregnant!” and we went straight out for sushi and a glass of wine. Today I feel crappy and bloated and down and stressing about what if I could still be pregnant (already tested negative yesterday though). I think I need better ideas for how to take care of myself when AF comes. Any ideas that still feel like you’re making the best of things but that leave you feeling good for the next cycle?
