Is this a good thing

I already have a child but my partner does not he was born with both undescended testis they did the operation late which had affected his fertility he has a 2 million count with 43% mobility we have been try to conceive for 5 years ! He's doctors sent off form for him for IVF they sent it back asking for myself to be on the form so I when's yo my doctors he is referring me to the ivf clinic what can I expect next please going insane thinking about this ....😞
