Odd question...?

So my cycles are really irregular due to PCOS. My last cycle was over 3 months ago. About 3-4 days ago I did spot very very lightly (when I wiped there was a little bright pink on the tissue). No spotting since but ive been cramping lightly and absolutely exhausted. Is it possible i can get pregnant even without a period? If so, when should i test?

My last period was June 21st I didn’t get a bfp till day 55 of my cycle just keep testing every couples days or once a week till you get another AF

it's more likely that you are spotting without a pregnancy but it's possible you are pregnant I guess. I also have pcos it sucks!

I have pcos my last period was June 20th I got my bfp today I tested last week and it was bfn.
