First Trimester Genetic Screening

My OB has referred me to a fetal medicine specialist to have a genetic screening done. I didn’t have any of these tests done with my first child so I guess I’m just wondering if anyone else has had this testing done and can just give me an idea of what to expect to get out of this appointment!
