Pregnancy after giving birth?

I know you're more fertile after just having a baby. I was wondering how likely is it that I could get pregnant? My husband & I had sex at 5 weeks PP.

At 5 weeks pp I’d hope you were cleared by your doctor.  Was the sex protected? Unprotected? Obviously you’re at a high risk if it was unprotected and an even high risk if it’s unprotected after you just had a baby

It’s highly likely. You are absolutely the most fertile the first 2 months after birth if not longer.
