How much time do married couples have with each other?

When you get married, with kids, and jobs, how much time do you actually have left to spend quality time with your husband and how do find that time? I grew up with my parents only having Sundays with each other, and of course after work but both are usually too exhausted to do anything together, yet they make the most of that time by talking about everything.

I just would like to know how others are able to have quality time with their SO when reality of having a family happens.
