My new salad love 💕
So I must admit I am a bit salad obsessed, I’ve been having my usual garden salad for around 17 years now. (Call me strange) 😆
I just got back from a trip to Mauritius and whilst I was there I had an amazing salad which is my new found love. I’ve already recreated it since being home and I can’t get enough.
Ingredients are simple:
Lettuce
Orange
Fennel
Fresh pomegranate
Pecorino
Salt & Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
