Best meatloaf recipe!?

Looking to do a meatloaf this week. My SO love them but im not a huge fan.  Looking for a recipe that will please both of us!!

Look up Stove Top stuffing. They have one!! Yum!! 
I can't make it that way anymore cause I can't eat wheat, but still use the yummy sauce that goes on it lol ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. YUM!!!

This is how I do mine and it’s always real good! 
I don’t follow a recipe, I just made it up lol 
I don’t measure any ingredients, I just put a little of each in it. 
Put burger in a large bowl (probably 2lbs)
Add 2eggs
Breadcrumbs or crackers
Ranch
BBQ sauce
Ketchup
Mustard
A1
Chop half onion(small bits)
Sometimes I’ll add chopped green pepper
Italian seasoning 
I add a little garlic salt too
Mix it up real good! 
 
We have really enjoyed it in the crock pot. I pat it evenly across. I’ll  put it on low for a few hours until it’s cooked thoroughly! Then I’ll add a mixture of ketchup, mustard and brown sugar for the topping. Spread it all over the top for a few minutes before you serve. And again I don’t measure, just add until you like the taste of the topping. I usually like it more sweet and mustardy!

I do a cheesy one that everyone goes nuts for. I use ground beef and Italian sausage or pork sausage (depends on my mood and what our small grocery store has) and I usually do a variety of cheeses. If you love cheesy things and are interested in the recipe I can definitely get you the full recipe ☺️
