Almost 2 year olds and speech

How much are your toddlers talking? My daughter turns 2 at the end of October and she isn’t talking as much as other kids her age. I think some of it is her personality. I talk to her a lot, we read together everyday. Does anyone have any advice or encouragement that it can be normal for some children to start talking a little later? Or when should I be concerned? She said quite a few words and gets her point across without words too. She’s always been really advanced with the physical things, walking at 9 months, climbs like crazy and is already going on the potty a lot but the speech area doesn’t seem to be her strength.
