Bi-Weekly Period?

I'm on my second month of birth control pills, I have my baby 12 weeks ago. I had my first cycle perfectly fine 6 weeks after birth. After, I started the pill, I've been having a period every two weeks? Is this normal or should I call for an appointment?

Answer

Its normal, it will take awhile for your body to get use to the BC. If this continues beyond 5 months though, you most likely should change the brand you're using. I currently have been on BC for 4 months now, my body was doing great with it and now having break through bleeding so it is recommended if anything like that happens to change BC.
