Job interview while pregnant

I am 27 weeks and obviously pregnant at this point. There is no hiding it from employers. Has anyone had a job interview while pregnant or maybe hired a pregnant woman before? I was just going to be upfront about the whole thing during the interview and hope for the best. Any advice or tips for me?
