Nothing that you take can "get" you pregnant. But you can try to be as healthy as possible by taking prenatals, drinking plenty of water and eating right. You also might invest in ovulation strips, Amazon has packs with 100 for pretty cheap ☺. A lot of women on here also swear by preseed lubricant!!

A bit of my background - I’m 40 years old. I have a 20 year old daughter and after having her spent the next 15 years trying to not get pregnant. When my husband and I decided to try for a baby it took a long time to the point we went the ivf route as the best chance to have a baby due to my age. Got as far as having eggs removed and ended up with two embryos. Due to the time of the year we had to wait till after the Christmas period to do the implantation (included genetic testing). During that time I conceived naturally. My daughter is now one and my husband and I have now been trying for six months. 
I read on here about someone using a  method call “sperm meets egg”. Basically you have sex every second day starting on the eighth day after the first day of your period. Also using OPK tests from the tenth day. When you get a positive OPK you have sex for three days straight, skip a day then have sex again. We also used conception friendly lubricant each time. After using this method for the first time I am now 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Not that I am guaranteeing this will work for everyone and I may have just been lucky this time around, however it may be worth trying something different.

I just started taking these natural gluten free, vegetarian multivitamins that helps with your reproductive system. Its suppose to help with fertility. Its not a PRENATAL. Bc it has everything prenatals have plus some additional natural herbs that help increase fertility, egg health and your hormones. Theres a bottle for females and one for your SO to take as well or u can just take it yourself. Bt i think it will be helpful if you both take it. From reviews I’ve read about the product, quite a few women said they got pregnant within 1-2 months. Ive only been taking it a few days now so i cant quite say if it works bt im tryin it out. Maybe u can try it too. It may help
