Copper coil and PMDD/PMS
I'm just wondering if anyone here has experience premenstrual depression a week or so before they are due on their period? Over the past few months I have noticed a huge change in my mood, including heightened anxiety and depression. In addition to this, has anyone ever hated on their partner during this time? I create distance between myself and my partner because I don't want to be around him, even though he has done nothing wrong.
