Sneak Peek... CLINICAL?!

So I came across a new option that sneak peek offers... It is the same test as the 9 week at-home blood test, but taken in a lab instead! 
The elective 3D ultrasound place near me now offers the lab version of sneak peak. I assume this vanishes basically all of the contamination worry, so I really am looking into doing it. 
Any ladies done this? Any stories?

There’s a sneak peek clinical location near us that we will be doing instead of the home kit. I definitely trust it more than doing it myself just bc I don’t follow directions well 😂 but I am waiting until 10-11 weeks for a little more accuracy.

I still wouldn’t do it right at 9 weeks, the other genetic lab tests don’t typically check until after 10 weeks because they need a reliable fetal sample. But a lab is a much better environment to do that sort of test in. Contamination is very likely at home.

In a study on the clinical test, 240 out of 241 women came back correct. That’s much better than the 60% (I think) that the home test is right. I’ll be doing the clinical around 10 weeks. :)

I did the sneak peek at home test. It was right for me! Next time I will do it much sooner than when we did it this time around. I wanted to be able to tell everyone at Christmas and baby hadn’t been cooperating so I caved. I figured, if it said boy and turned out to be a girl it was my own contamination. But if it said girl then we knew it was correct. 
I say go for it!!!

This is what I did!! Took out the chance of contamination, and had them draw blood! I was 9w4d when my blood was drawn. Sneak peek said girl, and I recently had an ultrasound that confirmed girl!! I wouldn't have trusted it if I did it at home. Too much contamination risk, but having given draw blood made me confident and I was right!
