After embryo transfer. Not exactly talkin about prefnancy symptoms, but how did you feel after transfer

The night of my transfer there was clear light pinching and cramping going on.  Then nothing in the morning.  The following two days had back aches and light cramps on and off.  3dp5dt dull uterus aches,  Reminded me of my first pregnancy after our transfer so tested and vvfl on Osom.  Tested again the next morning abd clear line.  We had a hatching PGS healthy blast transferred and were told it would likely implant night of transfer.

I mostly felt okay after my one transfer!  I was fatigued that day (mostly due to the Valium, i think), but by then my post-stim/retrieval side effects (major bloating, tender ovaries, constipation) had calmed down. Really it was a pretty pleasant experience that just made me tired.

Still sore from the egg retrieval. Swollen ovaries till 2 weeks later. The transfer itself hurt due to soreness and swollen ovaries and everything being really sensitive down there and me being all stressed out because the retrieval was horrifying didn’t help. 
I did get sick like a cold and sneezing and runny nose a couple of days after. Turns out that this can happen when your pregnant and your immune system is a bit slow:)

I had a day 5 transfer so felt like things had settled down a but from egg collection. I had really bad constipation for a day or 2 but that was due to the progesterone pessaries. I had tender breasts throughout. I also woke up every morning stretching my legs out, kind of stretching my stomach muscles which was weird - it was involuntary and I just woke up doing it. At 13dp5dt I had some strange cramp ing and pulling sensations. I got my BFP the next day. It had the same mild cramps and pulling sensations/twinges on and off. I also get a shooting pain if I laugh, sneeze or cough to hard - it's like a quick stitch xx
