Orange and Ginger Chicken πŸŠπŸ—

I want to share with you my favourite chicken recipe. English is not my first language so excuse my mistakes. Here's what you need: 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed), orange zest from 1 orange (be careful to not get any of the white stuff, it makes it bitter and you don't want that), orange juice from 1 orange(the same you took the zest from), 2 tablespoons of grated (?) ginger, 2 tablespoons soy, 2 1/2 teaspoon salt, 3 ml cayenne pepper, 50 g butter and 1-1 1/2 kg chicken (parts like wings, legs, thighs, fillet, not a whole chicken). Mix all together and let it marinate for at least an hour. Put it in the oven at 175Β°C for 45 minutes. Pour the chicken with the "gravy" often. When the chicken is done, use the gravy to make a sauce by " filtering" the gravy first and then add in 3 dl creme fraiche and heat up. Use the left over lemon and orange and throw it in the rice while boiling it to make it extra good (and to minimise waste). πŸ˜‹
