Could my IUD be falling out after sex?

I'm not able to get to the ob-gyn till tomorrow morning but I think my IUD may be slipping out so I want some opinions. Last night I had sex with my bf and this morning his penis was a bit hurt but it didn't look like friction, it actually looked like he got it hurt with something. Because I'm a bit too paranoid with my IUD as soon as he showed me that I checked it myself to see if could feel the threads. I felt th threads but I also felt somwthing hardish so idk if it could be the IUD. I googled about IUDs slipping out and many people said that if it does slip out you'd get cramps and spotting which I don't have. Please i'd love some opinions on this as I'm a bit concerned about having to get emergency contraception :/
