My dads abusive and I want out of the house but my mom refuses to sign papers for my to rent so I have to wait

Till I’m 18 in February. At my job I just gotten and haven’t started yet I’ll be making 9.50$ and hour. The place I’m looking at is $1400 and I still have to go to school for 7 hours a day so would only be able to work 6 hours during weekdays. Unless I do online school but last time I did that it didn’t work out at all but I did get good grades cuz I cheated (it was only history so it doesn’t matter like math and other shit does).

I just want out but I don’t think I can swing that along with my 313$ car payment. Idk I’m just stressed out and everyone’s making me feel guilty for me wanting to do this.
