is this a spider bite?

update: thank you everyone for making me panic and take him into urgent care. they did a culture swab and they were worried it might turn into cellulitis since the entire lower leg ended up swelling. He was prescribed 2 antibiotics and i just got back the results. He has hypersensitivty to bug bites including mosquitos which is why all the bites on him were so big. This specific picture, they did a culture swab and i got the results today. Its positive for strep. idk how the hell that happened but the antibiotics prescribed to him esrlier this week will take care of infection. I knew something was wrong and almost allowed my mom and husband to convince me it was just a bite. Always listen to your gut.

we were at a friends house late last night and my baby was outside hanging out with all the boys. the next morning i see this on his leg. its a bit swollen and tender when i touch but my baby doesnt seem to mind it. still playing and acting normal
