I’ve been cramping and I’ve been pregnant before and have never bled and I’m having this and I don’t know if it’s a cause for concern I never had this with any of my pregnancies

It doesn’t look concerning. When I was pregnant with my son I’d have light spots of blood that looked like that & my dr said it was normal. If you’re still concerned make an appt.

I spotted once at 4w4d but went away immediately. Sometimes it can happen after intercourse too. All normal
